When:
Venue: Birkbeck Main Building, Malet Street

No booking required

As museums are increasingly asked to demonstrate not only their cultural, but also their educational and social value, understanding how people engage (or do not engage) with museums has become ever more important.

This talk will examine the role museums play in people's social and cultural life based on empirical research carried out both with visitors and non-visitors in the UK.
